| We have equipped the house to the highest standard, as it is one of
our own homes. All windows are fitted with aluminium shutters, which afford a high degree of
privacy and security as well as excellent insulation against the heat, except the bathroom
windows, which are fitted with security grilles so that they can be left open for airing yet
secure while you are out. Air-conditioning is provided in the living area and the two double
bedrooms - the other bedroom has a fan. All bedrooms have plenty of fitted wardrobe space, plus
bedside cabinets and individual reading lights. All floors, terraces and balconies are tiled. The water supply has been fitted with a pump so that the showers can be regulated at the taps up to a satisfying pressure. The kitchen is supplied with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, fitted electric oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave, blender, cafetière and plenty of other equipment to enable you to produce proper meals. The lounge has leather seating in a 1+2+3 configuration, the dining table and matching coffee table are in maple and there are six leather/chrome dining chairs. A hi-fi radio / cassette / CD player is also provided and we are building a CD collection and library of books, including guide books and phrase books, which you are welcome to borrow during your stay. Garden furniture (3 tables of varying size, 10 chairs, 2 sunbeds, large umbrella), all bedlinen, all table linen, plenty of towels including extra beach towels, bathmats are all provided. Clothes drying equipment as well as a steam iron and board are also available for your use. | |
